Privacy Policy

When you book, join a membership or write to us, we store your name, email, phone number, the vehicle you tell us about (year, make, model, colour, plate and size), your appointments, your reward points and any note you send us.

If our staff adds before-and-after photos of your vehicle, those photos are stored with your appointment and are visible in your account.

We do not ask for or store card numbers on this site. You pay at pickup, or through whatever method the shop arranges with you directly.

To schedule and deliver the service, to send you the confirmation and the sign-in code, to keep your service history and reward points, and to contact you about your appointment.

We send marketing email only if you ticked the box asking for it, and every one of those emails can be stopped by replying or telling us.

We do not send text messages from this site.

The site runs on infrastructure operated by Adonait Business LLC: Google Firebase (database), Brevo (transactional email) and Pipedrive (customer records for the shop). They process this data on our behalf.

We do not sell your data and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.

Two cookies, both strictly functional: one signed cookie that keeps you signed in to your account, and your language choice stored in your own browser. No advertising cookies are set by this site.

We keep your record while you are a customer and afterwards as long as we need it for accounting and warranty questions.

Write to info@marmaxautospa.com and we will show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it.
