Terms of Service

Booking online reserves the bay for the time your service needs. No card is required. Prices shown are for the vehicle size you select; if the vehicle is larger, dirtier or in a different condition than described, we tell you the difference before starting.

Prices marked "from" and services marked "consult" or "quote" are estimates until we see the vehicle.

Cancel or change from your account or by phone. We ask for as much notice as you can give — a bay held for a car that does not arrive is a bay another customer could not book.

If we have to move your appointment, we tell you by email and offer the next available times.

Choosing a plan on this site records a membership request. Nothing is charged by the website. The shop contacts you to set up the payment method, and the first month starts from there.

Included visits reset each month and do not accumulate beyond what the plan states. You can pause or cancel from your account at any time.

Points are earned on completed services and have no cash value. They can be used against a future visit and are removed if a visit is cancelled after they were applied. Referral bonuses are credited once the referred customer's first visit is completed.

We detail by hand with products chosen for the finish. Existing damage — clear-coat failure, previous bad repairs, deep scratches, cracked trim — can become more visible after a car is properly cleaned and polished. We point out what we see before we start.

Please remove valuables. We are not responsible for personal items left in the vehicle.

We may photograph the vehicle for our records and for the gallery. Tell us if you prefer your car not to be published and we will keep the photos internal.
